"One look" means observing whether the hydraulic components and electrical elements used in the equipment are produced by well-known brands or regular manufacturers, whether the circuit configuration is neat, whether the design of the oil station pipeline is reasonable, and whether there is any oil leakage at the joints. "Two listens" means listening to the operation sound after the equipment is powered on. Abnormal noise may be caused by issues such as the misalignment of the coaxiality of the motor and oil pump installation, the improper selection of oil pump displacement and pipe diameter, or poor quality of the motor and oil pump. "Three measurements" means making the equipment run idly and touching the die base block by hand; there should be no jitter. After crimping a sample joint with the mold, use a caliper or micrometer to measure, and the roundness and taper should be controlled within 0.1mm. It is also necessary to check the hardness of the die base and the mold, as well as the evenness of the eight petals of the die base and the flatness of the mold.
