In coal mine production, hydraulic systems are widely used in various mechanical equipment. As a key connector of the hydraulic system, the installation quality of high-pressure hoses is directly related to the safe operation of equipment and production efficiency. The correct use of high-pressure hose crimping machines for coal mine machinery and strict adherence to safety standards are important prerequisites for ensuring the reliability of high-pressure hose connections.
Equipment Installation and Environmental Requirements
The crimping machine should be installed in a dry, well-ventilated place with a stable foundation. It should be avoided to install in an environment with accumulated water, excessive dust or corrosive gases to prevent electrical components from getting damp and short-circuited and metal parts from being corroded. The equipment should be placed horizontally. After installation, grounding treatment should be carried out, and the grounding resistance should meet electrical safety standards, usually not more than 4 ohms, to prevent electric shock accidents caused by electric leakage. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure that there is enough space around the equipment to facilitate the operator's operation and maintenance. It is strictly forbidden to pile up debris around, and the width of the passage should not be less than 1.5 meters.
Personnel Operation Specifications
Operators must receive professional training, be familiar with the structure, performance, operation methods and safety precautions of the crimping machine, and can work only after passing the assessment and obtaining an operation certificate. Before operation, personal protective equipment such as safety helmets, protective gloves and safety shoes should be worn. It is strictly forbidden for unlicensed personnel to operate the equipment, and it is forbidden to carry out maintenance, adjustment or cleaning work when the equipment is running. During the operation of the equipment, the operator shall not leave his post without authorization, and shall pay close attention to the operation status of the equipment. If any abnormality is found, stop the machine immediately for treatment.
Regular maintenance of the crimping machine is crucial. The hydraulic oil should be replaced regularly according to the requirements of the equipment manual, generally every 1000-1500 hours or half a year. At the same time, the oil quality should be kept clean to prevent impurities from mixing in. The filter should be cleaned or replaced regularly to ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic system. As a key component of the crimping machine, the mold should be checked for wear, deformation or cracks before each use. If problems are found, they should be repaired or replaced in time. The electrical system of the equipment should also be checked regularly to see if the wires are damaged or aged and if the terminals are loose to ensure electrical safety. Before daily startup, the operator should also conduct a comprehensive inspection of the equipment, including whether the connections of various components are firm, whether the pressure of the hydraulic system is normal, and whether the buttons and operating handles are flexible and reliable.
Safety of High-Pressure Hose Crimping Process
Before crimping the high-pressure hose, carefully check the quality of the hose and joint to ensure that they meet coal mine safety standards. The hose must not have defects such as scratches, aging and bulging, and the joint must be free of cracks and deformation. During crimping, it is necessary to strictly follow the equipment operating procedures and process requirements, and adjust the crimping parameters such as crimping pressure and crimping amount. After crimping, the crimping quality should be inspected by means of appearance inspection, dimension measurement and pressure test to ensure that the crimped hose joint is firmly connected and well sealed. It is strictly forbidden to crimp unqualified hoses and joints, and it is forbidden to crimp beyond pressure and range.
